Today was awesome because…
..of teaching Little Judah about stethoscopes with the play doctor set. “buhm Buhm Buhm” That’s your heartbeat.
Because the weather loves me and I thought it’d be all snowy and I wouldn’t be able to ride, but it was perfect and I took off my heavy coat and Andante did silly things like try to eat ice.
I’m also starting to feel like I’m learning to reject the tendency towards tension and resistance in my riding. Today was all “relaxed and forward” and “elasticity” and all that crazy stuff Anna’s always talking about. AND IT IS GLORIOUS.
My fiance’s crazy family that is to become my family is COMPLETELY crazy. But there is some balance between the crazy and the amount of time I spend laughing when I am around them.
Ben told me a story about this lady that comes into Walgreens at 2am every night to develop blurry photos, because she thinks there are aliens in her tv or her face or something. I think she’s a ghost-hunter.
And I get to sleep in my own Bed Tonight after housesitting all week.
I got a little sad about sad things for a while tonight, but this list is rather long, and overall today was actually really awesome. That’s kinda the point of all of this-to notice.
